Applicant compliance guide

What to know about age-restricted and wellness product sales.

Some field sales assignments involve adult-only or wellness categories. Applicants need clear product, customer-eligibility, and claims training before representing any current offer.

Adult-only categories require age and market rules

Applicants must be 18 or older. If an assignment involves age-restricted products such as vaping products, the applicable customer-age rules, approved sales setting, identification procedures, and permitted product statements must be explained before participation.

Do not assume that being familiar with a category is enough. Follow the written training, never market to minors, and stop the conversation when customer eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Wellness conversations must stay within verified information

If an assignment involves weight-management or wellness products, representatives should explain only the verified information included in training. They do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or promise a specific health or weight outcome.

When a customer asks a medical question, use the approved escalation path instead of guessing. Representatives do not make medical, cessation, or guaranteed-results claims.

Confirm the exact assignment before deciding

Product categories, locations, event formats, eligibility rules, and incentives can change. Availability varies by market and assignment, and Flexora does not guarantee that a particular category, brand, or location will be available.

Before accepting, ask what you would represent, where the work occurs, which customers are eligible, which statements are prohibited, how activity is documented, and who handles questions outside your training.
